Return & Refund Policy Guide

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you ever need to return a product, experience a delivery issue, or encounter an unexpected problem with your order, this guide explains exactly what to do.

1️⃣ 14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
  • The product must be sealed, unopened, and unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned.
  • A R 50.00 flat rate return shipping fee applies.
Once we inspect the returned product and confirm it is safe to restock, you can expect:
  • A refund of the purchase price

2️⃣ Damaged Items

While in-transit damage is rare, we understand it can happen, especially with fragile items.
If your item arrives damaged, spilled, or leaking, please:
  1. Contact us within 3 (three) days.
  1. Send a photo of the damaged product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
We will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.

3️⃣ Supply Errors

Mistakes can occasionally happen during picking and packing. If your order:
  • Is missing items or accessories, or
  • Includes incorrectly supplied items,
Please let us know immediately, and we will:
  • Collect any incorrectly supplied items
  • Deliver the correct products promptly

4️⃣ Delivery Delays

  • Unforeseen events such as adverse weather, load-shedding, strikes, pandemics, or supply shortages may occasionally delay delivery.
  • Delivery delays are not grounds for cancellation or refund, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
  • We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

5️⃣ Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly with options such as:
  •  Credit toward future purchases
  •  Substitution with a similar product
  •  Short delay in delivery (usually resolved within 1–3 days)

6️⃣  Cancellations & Order Edits

  •  Orders cannot be changed once payment is received.

7️⃣ Refunds

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
