2️⃣ Placing an Order

Shopping is simple and convenient. Follow these steps:

Browse & Search
 • Explore our full range via categories or featured products.
 • Looking for something specific? Use the search bar at the top of the page.

Add to Cart
 • Click ‘ADD TO CART’ from the product page or search results.
 • Choose product variations or sizes where applicable.

Review & Checkout
 • Click the trolley icon → ‘REVIEW CART’.
 • Adjust quantities, remove items, or double-check your order.
 • Click ‘CHECKOUT’ and follow the secure steps to complete payment.

3️⃣ Discount Codes & Gift Cards

  • Enter your discount or gift card code at checkout in the box labelled “Discount code or gift card".
  • Click Apply to see your total update.
  • Codes are case-sensitive and may have expiry dates or limited uses.

  • Credit, Debit & Cheque Cards – 3D-secure via PayFast
  • Instant EFT – Pay directly from your bank account with Ozow
  • Gift Vouchers – Redeem directly at checkout

5️⃣ Order Amendments & Additions.

  •  Orders cannot be changed once payment is received.

6️⃣ Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across South Africa via trusted couriers.

Delivery Options
Courier delivery: Door-to-door service with tracking.
  •  Free delivery: Orders over R500
  •  Paid delivery: Orders under R500
  •  0–5 kg: R150
  •  6–10 kg: R300
Processing & Tracking
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Track your parcel via email updates, SMS, or our tracking link.
  • For any issues, WhatsApp or email our support team.
Damaged or Broken Parcels
  • Notify us within 3 (three) days with clear photos of the damaged items.
  • We will arrange replacements as quickly as possible.

Food Grade vs Food Safe

Food Grade
Certified by an independent body as safe for human consumption. Once repacked outside certified facilities, it may no longer be labelled as food grade.

Food Safe
Originally food-grade and handled under hygienic conditions. Safe for personal use, but not recommended for resale or consumption unless certified.
  • All products certified food grade are clearly indicated on the website.
  • Our facility is audited and certified safe for handling food products.
Export & International Shipping
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
  • Customs or airlines restrict many natural ingredients (seeds, botanicals, essential oils, and cosmetic raw materials).
