We want your herbal tinctures and natural wellness products to reach you safely and on time. This guide explains everything about delivery, shipping costs, tracking, and couriers.

1️⃣ Safe, Convenient Delivery Across South Africa

  • We deliver all Just Wellness products nationwide.
  • Delivery costs and timeframes depend on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.
  • Orders over R850 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in South Africa.

2️⃣ Delivery & Shipping

Yes! We use trusted courier partners to deliver your orders straight to your door.

  • Main centres: 2–4 business days
  • Regional/outlying: 4–7 business days
orders under R850
  • 0–5 kg = R150
  • 6–10 kg = R300
  • Main centres: 2–4 business days.
  • Regional/outlying: 4–7 business days.

Processing & Tracking
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Delivery timeframe: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Track your parcel via email updates, SMS, or our tracking link.

Damaged or Broken Parcels
  • Please notify us within 3 (three) days with clear photos of the damaged items.
  • We will arrange replacements as quickly as possible.

Please note: Courier delivery is not available to certain locations, including

Some addresses fall within an extended delivery area. If your address is in an extended zone, delivery may take a little longer, and an additional courier fee may apply.

3️⃣ Using Your Own Courier

You may arrange your own courier to collect your order.
  • After placing your order, email us with:
  • Your order number
  • Courier company name
  • Copy of the waybill
For security and logistical reasons, parcels will not be released without the waybill.

4️⃣ Discount Codes & Gift Cards

  • Enter your discount or gift card code at checkout in the box labelled “Discount code or gift card".
  • Click Apply to see your total update.
  • Codes are case-sensitive and may have expiry dates or limited uses.

Food Grade vs Food Safe

Food Grade
Certified by an independent body as safe for human consumption. Once repacked outside certified facilities, it may no longer be labelled as food grade.

Food Safe
Originally food-grade and handled under hygienic conditions. Safe for personal use, but not recommended for resale or consumption unless certified.
  • All products certified food grade are clearly indicated on the website.
  • Our facility is audited and certified safe for handling food products.
Export & International Shipping
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
  • Customs or airlines restrict many natural ingredients (seeds, botanicals, essential oils, and cosmetic raw materials).
