How to use

The herb mixture is put into a wide-necked 2 L bottle, and 1.5 L of rye or fruit spirit (gin, vodka, or cane) is poured over it. The bottle is left standing in the sun or near the stove for 14 days. Shake lightly once a day. Strain and pour into smaller bottles. Seal well. Store in a cool place.

• IMPORTANT: Because this formula typically contains potent herbs like Aloe or Rhubarb, it should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have inflammatory bowel conditions. • Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. • Keep out of reach of children.

What is your returns policy?

  1. We will do a refund within 7–14 days of purchase provided the stock is in the same condition as it was when we sent it out and not opened. 
  2. In communicating with us, please provide the original invoice nr. 
  3. We will only process credits once we have the stock in hand. 
  4. We will not take any stock with an expiry date within 5 months of the request. 
  5. We will not take any damaged stock or opened stock back. Anything that we receive that does not meet our FSA requirement for resale—we will return to you. 
  6. There is a 20% handling fee that will be deducted from any credit given on our small boxes unless the product was given incorrectly from our side. 
  7. We credit you on our system or refund into a bank account.

How much is courier delivery, and how long does it take?
  • Free delivery:
  • Orders over R500: free delivery anywhere in South Africa.
  • Courier delivery for orders under R500: A flat rate of R150 up to 5 kgs

  • Main centres: 2–4 business days
  • Regional and outlying areas: 4–7 business days
How long does order processing take?
  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
How can I track my parcel?
  • You’ll receive automated shipping updates by email and, if opted in, by SMS.
  • You can track your parcel online using your unique order number via our order tracking link.
  • If you have any trouble tracking your shipment, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll gladly assist.
Do couriers deliver on weekends or public holidays?
  • Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Weekend delivery is not included as a standard option at this time.
Can I send my own courier to collect?
  • Yes, you may arrange your own courier to collect your order.
  • After placing your order, please email our support team with your order number, your chosen courier company name, and a copy of the waybill.
  • For security and logistical reasons, we cannot hand over parcels to independent couriers without receiving the waybill in advance.
Do you ship internationally?
  • At this time we do not offer international shipping.
  • Many natural ingredients, including seeds and botanicals, are restricted by customs and airline regulations, so we currently only deliver within South Africa.
Delivery delays
  • Orders that include any item marked with a “stock delay” will be shipped once that item becomes available; please factor this into your order timing.
  • Unforeseen events such as adverse weather, load shedding, strikes, or transport issues may occasionally cause delivery delays.
  • If you are concerned about the status of your parcel or delivery ETA, please contact us with your order number, and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged parcels or items
  • If your parcel or any item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.
  • We will gladly help arrange a replacement for any damaged item as quickly as possible.
  • Please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging as soon as you receive it and send them to our customer service team so we can resolve the issue.
